Incoming Sixth Grade Information

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome your 5th grader to 6th grade next year and give you an update on the camp/fundraiser information.
First, thank you to those of you who attended our first meeting last week. We will host our second parent meeting on August 27 from 6:00-6:30 pm in rooom D12 of the middle school. Please plan to attend this meeting if you were unable to attend last week, and sign in when you arrive in room D12. (The information given will be exactly the same,so there is no need to come twice.)

Mrs. Leudy's class using exercise balls donated by Mr. Archer.  Everyone is having fun while getting healthy! 
Mrs. Cordonnier's 8th Grade Science
8th graders investigated properties of bubble gum while using the scientific method. They compared two or three different brands of bubble gum using observations, size of bubble blown, and stretchability. They then had to determine whether stretchability had an effect on bubble size.

Yearbooks Available
The 2013 high school and middle school yearbooks have just arrived.  Class of 2013 members and current off-campus students may pick up yearbooks during school hours.  Be sure to check in at the main office upon arrival.  There are a few extra yearbooks that will be available for sale on a first come - first served basis.  The price for a high school yearbook is $45, and the middle school yearbook is $20.
