REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES
The Board of Education of the New London Local School District ("Owner") is soliciting statements of qualifications for the following Project: the acquisition of and improvements to real property for the purpose of operating a youth resiliency program consistent with the standards of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (“OhioMHAS”). The Project will be financed primarily through a loan from OhioMHAS in accordance with OhioMHAS’ Community Capital Assistance Projects Process Guidelines.
Architectural/Design Services Firms interested in providing the professional design services for the Project may obtain the Owner’s Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services, which provides additional details regarding the Project, the potential design services that may be provided, and the procedures, timeline and conditions for submitting and evaluating a statement of qualifications, by contacting:

The deadline for submission of a statement of qualifications is 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on June 15, 2021.
