New London School Library is receiving a bit of a facelift this year. We are working very hard to update our space and make it relevant to the new age our students live in! Books are still a huge part of this space, as well as digital resources, collaborative workspace, and technology! This space is designed to be inviting for not only all of our students but our community as well! We look forward to serving our students and community with the newly designed space for years to come!
The elementary side of the library began the redesign at the end of the 2016-17 school year and we are working on the middle school and high school side of the library during the 2017-18 school year. We look to break down the "sides" of the libarary to create one space for all of our students and community to use in 2017. New London Local Schools was awared $4,000.00 from the Fisher Titus Grant Fund to use towards the design of this space. We are working with CDW Designs to create a free design rendering of the space for additional ideas and suggestions. We are excited to see some of their ideas!
If you would like to use this space or have additional questions please email our librarian, Mrs. Diana Schwinn at [email protected]
